Take a mindful journey inward with Feel It. Feel It is a curated musical journey that invites and creates the space to just be. Be in movement. Be in stillness. Be in breathe. Be in presence. Be wherever you need to be. Through the beauty of nature, emotive music and a seeded invitation, Feel It is an opportunity to experience a deep pause and space to be you, wherever you are right now, and feel whatever life might be asking you to feel, in every sense of the physical, mental and emotional body.


FEEL IT is designed to lightly hold our focus using music and nature to shift us into our parasympathetic state where we experience deep rest, relaxation, cellular repair and optimized digestion.

In this state, our body expresses the “happy hormones” which include oxytocin (the hug hormone), endorphins and many others. The effect of the experience also slows and significantly reduces the expression of stress hormones which contribute to anxiety, disconnection and fear.


Basically, this experience manipulates your body into a healthier state - it has been designed to activate psychoneuroimmunology and an epigenetic change toward a healthier you ;-)

By purchasing your ticket to one of our FEEL IT sessions, you acknowledge and understand the terms of attending. Withdrawal from events 24 hours prior will be deemed non refundable.


Up until this time, refunds are accessible through the assigned ticketing platform of initial purchase, and will be deemed the responsibility of the attendee. FEEL IT will not be held liable for refunds not redeemed. In the case of postponement, the above refund policies apply. In the case of cancellation of a session, attendees will be refunded.
