Secret Sunrise Eastern Cape - Music, Movement, Connection. Welcome home! We're part of the Secret Sunrise mission to get one million people moving in joy every month - right here in the beautiful Eastern Cape.


What is Secret Sunrise?

We combine elements of mindfulness, storytelling, and movement to bring you a guided session like you've never experienced before.


Can't dance? No worries neither can we! We're about connection, celebration, and having the best hour of your day.


You will be given Bluetooth headphones on arrival and will be guided by facilitators to move. Described by TimeOut as the 'happiest way to start your day', over 50 000 people have already joined a session globally.


These sessions are family friendly and all inclusive, so bring family, friends and anyone who needs a joy top up.
