Gqeberha are you ready to let out your inner Wild Thing? We're gathering at the beautiful Nyosi Wildlife Reserve for a stomp, a shake (and even a trumpet?) with some Secret Sunrise magic wildness thrown in. You ready?
There'll be coffee and snacks available to purchase at the Deli after - and why not explore the wonderful Nyosi Reserve. New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
