Help Kiki with getting a Kidney

Kiki and Innocent Manjengenja need help. In 2019 Kiki who is diabetic was given incorrect medication and was sent into kidney failure. Unfortunately she never recovered and has been on dialysis 3 times a week ever since. Innocent needs assistance with paying for this which costs around R1100 per session. There is a possibility of her going to India for a transplant and it would be wonderful if we could facilitate this.
