Animal Angels - Uniting Lost & Found App

Hi Guys, thanks for reading my story. I live in Johannesburg South Africa in a townhouse complex, I am a huge lover of animals (Especially Kitties! I have 7 rescued Kitties which I adopted and are my life!) and this week on Monday a female kitten was reported running around on her own in the complex and seemed lost. a group of us tried looking for the kitten's owner or lost home all over the complex, going door to door, placing notices on the WhatsApp group, but to no avail.

As a cat person, I took her in for the night, she was cold and very hungry. The following morning, I took her to see if she had been chipped, but nope, no way to find her home. She had no collar, and we found she was in heat, so the guess was she was roaming looking for a mate. The crux of the story is that we really couldn't find out where she came from. I placed adverts on all the area FB pages, joined numerous groups, went to every neighboring complex placed flyers, and no joy.

There is a happy end to the story in that she settled in at home and now has 7 brothers and sisters and my family is one kitty larger.

So through this situation, I found that even though there are loads of Groups on FB, WhatsApp, and other various media, there isn't one solution or App which could link all these various groups into one go to place. So this is what I've created, which is An App / Directory for all things to help unite lost and found animals with their owners. The Aim is to also create awareness on lost or found animals, in any area or country, as it uses location. The idea is instead of trawling through hundreds of groups which you mostly need to join, one can post, lost and found details in one central place, and people can search based on area in their immediate vicinity. 

They can message within the App to verify or claim their pet.

So, I am a developer and have spent time creating the App, as I'd like to publish the Beta version, before the 29th April 2023. The App will be available free of charge to all Android / Apple users on the various stores.

The reason I have asked for the donations is for the relevant registrations / Domains / App store fees as well as for 1 year's hosting. I want the App to be available to anyone and all animal lovers and those wanting to help our furry feathered friends. Let's help them speak out and give them all the help we can.
