Dear Friends and family 

A cancer diagnosis is frightening. 

"You Have Cancer" these words are terrify and overwhelming. They definitely change your life and your family forever. It impacts your physical health, mental health and financial well-being. 

This is Lebogang Quiteria Kekana's story. 

"As I witnessed my nightmare come to life. 

 I still remember the breeze that came rushing down my spine as the Doctor shared the news in April.  

Little did I know that my life would take 360 down-hill. 

Early April my doctor referred me to a specialist that she suspected cancerous tumor might be growing, I was hoping for the best right up to the point where the biopsy result came back positive for cancer. I felt weak in the knees and had to take the news the best way I possibly could.  

Close friends and family have been great support structure in this uncertain journey, I remain positive and that at the end of this journey I will come out victorious and stronger than I could ever be. 

This is my race and I intend to give it my all.

Lebogang Quiteria Kekana has began his process, he just started chemotherapy and he needs to continue with treatment for the next 6 Months.
