Lets Go Madagascar Missionary Outreach

Shofar Christian Church is affiliated with the Empowered21 movement. Our aim is to reach and serve our community, while actively engaging in various outreaches to parts of South Africa, Africa, and nations abroad through our ‘Letsgo’ mission teams. We send Letsgo teams out every year, sharing and ministering the Good News of Jesus Christ in the communities of the region(s) they visit. We believe the most effective way of reaching the nations is by partnering with local pastors, leaders and believers in those areas to ensure that effective follow-up ministry and discipleship can take place. Outreach trips like these can be life-changing events, not only for those being ministered to, but also (and often especially) for the team members themselves. Shofar has sent Letsgo teams to 69 nations over the last 20 years, including nations that are typically closed to the Gospel or Western countries. The success of these trips is attributed to a team-effort between those being sent and those at ‘home base’ who support the team in two key areas: prayer and finances.
