Salon-guests will learn more about the diverse Cape Town food scene and will cook and enjoy a three-course meal together with chef Jade de Waal with surplus ingredients – organic food from local suppliers and farms of the region which has officially expired but is perfectly food-safe.
Ticket includes the meal. Beverages are extra and charged individually.
Cape Town legend Jade de Waal is a saxophonist with a big heart, a love of good food and a passion for feeding people. Growing up in a family that celebrated life through food she developed a understanding of the role that food plays in bringing people together. She is the founder of Food Jams, social gatherings in which eating food is only half the fun.
