ABOUT

The 2 day Practical Project Management & Leadership Programme has been presented successfully to more than 300 delegates, across South Africa and Africa in general..

Why should you attend?

Globally, business-organizations operate in a geographically dispersed, but connected, supply chain environment. These businesses, to be competitive, need to innovate and transform continuously.

And it is for this reason that project management has become an essential business skill.

Given this context project management is not only the preserve of the professional engineer, architect or building contractor. Project management skills are used by business professionals across the board to get tasks and projects completed effectively and efficiently. ]

The 2 day Practical Project Management & Leadership Programme is ideally geared to assist the “non-project manager” with the essential skills to plan, lead and implement projects in their organizations.
