The Soweto-born star Gloria Bosman is simply sensational. With an ever-growing list of honors, including two SA Music Awards (SAMA's) – eleven nominations currently and two KORA nominations. She is one of South Africa’s most celebrated singers.

From these early beginnings Gloria has amassed an impressive biography having performed and sung with the cream of South African musicians both locally and internationally. Glorias repertoire (depending, on the function she performs at) usually includes at least 2 to Afrikaans songs. She has performed with Afrikaans artists and enjoys exploring.

Each of her previous five albums have been an unmitigated success: Her debut, Tranquility, earned her the highly noted award for Best Newcomer as well as nominations for Best Contemporary Jazz Album and Best Female Artist at the 2001 SAMAs.

Her follow up album, The Many Faces Of Gloria Bosman, featured collaborations with a handful of the finest musicians in South Africa. This diverse showcase earned her nominations for both Best Southern African Artist, The Most Promising Female Artist at the KORA Awards of 2001 and SAMA nomination for Best Jazz Vocal Album.
