DARREN SANDRAS
 
Darren heads up the marketing and PR division of One-eyed Jack a specialist marketing, communications and sponsorship rights management agency.

Darren Sandras joined as a business partner at the beginning of 2013. After completing degrees in Journalism and English from the University of Johannesburg in 2004, Darren started his career as a journalist working in travel and B2B media.

He later moved into design and production, heading up the production department of a print and online publishing company, before moving into advertising for four years.

He headed up the Nokia account, which lead to being hired as National Marketing Manager for Nokia SA, where he was responsible for the SA launch of the Lumia smartphone series.

Darren moved to Cape Town to work at SABC 3 morning TV show Expresso as Digital Director and on-air content producer. 

One-eyed Jack’s list of clients include Ballantine’s, Jameson and Olmeca, VW, Rage Festival KZN, Red Bull, Savanna and JOOX music streaming

BENITO VERGOTINE BRIEF BIOG

Benito Vergotine is a radio and television personality.

 Started out in commercial radio at Kfm.

 Television experience includes 3 years as a sport freelance anchor for eNCA.

 Currently present a talk show on Smile90.4FM.
 
 Retail radio experience stretches back ten years with Audioscapes. I started out as a presenter and am now a content producer for our retail services.

Our clients include, Pep stores, Dunns, The Refinery, Pep Africa, Total Sports, Due South and Food Lovers Market.
 
 Responsible for the play outs, the music, and the content on our services. 
 
I look forward to sharing what I have experienced and learnt with retail radio. It is so much more than just a niche captured audience.
