Poolside Pilates: The Summer Edit

POOLSIDE PILATES: THE SUMMER EDIT

An Exclusive Summer Wellness Experience

Summer mornings are best spent poolside!

Join us for an exclusive luxury wellness morning in collaboration with Dr Tarryn Jacobs, Vichy and La Roche-Posay, hosted at The Capital Hotel, Menlyn Maine.

Designed for women who love movement, connection and a little luxury, this is your invitation to slow down, soak up the summer atmosphere and invest in yourself.

We'll kick things off with a 45-minute Mat Pilates class on the pool deck, followed by an exclusive skincare conversation with Dr Tarryn Jacobs, exploring the importance of skincare, sun protection and why SPF should be a non-negotiable part of your daily routine.

And because it's The Summer Edit, we're taking things poolside. Think refreshing drinks, delicious snacks and a little time to unwind.

Your morning includes:

• A 45-minute Mat Pilates class on the pool deck.
• An exclusive skincare and sun protection talk with Dr Tarryn Jacobs.
• Discover more about skincare and SPF with Vichy and La Roche-Posay.
• Curated summer refreshments and snacks.
• Time to relax, connect and enjoy the poolside atmosphere.
• A premium goodie bag.

VIP EXPERIENCE

Our VIP babes will enjoy exclusive access to a private cabana or poolside lounger, the perfect spot to unwind, dip your feet in the pool and soak up the summer sunshine after class.

Whether you're coming for the movement, the skincare, the connection or simply a morning of well-deserved luxury, this is one summer experience you won't want to miss.

Strong bodies. Soft life. Luxury energy.

We can't wait to see you poolside!
