Babe in Shape Events is a women centred wellness and social community created to bring women together through movement, meaningful connections and unforgettable experiences.

We believe wellness is about more than just working out. It’s about feeling good in your body, nurturing your mind, building confidence and surrounding yourself with women who uplift and inspire you.

From Pilates and yoga to padel, bootcamps and beyond, we create fun, feel good experiences where women can move their bodies, meet new friends, step outside their comfort zones and simply enjoy being themselves.

Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming and judgement free space where every woman belongs. No cliques, no pressure to be anyone other than yourself. Just good energy, genuine connections and a community that celebrates women in all their different shapes, sizes and seasons of life.

And of course, we believe you can work up a sweat and look cute doing it! Think pink details, pretty activewear, beautiful spaces and experiences that make wellness feel exciting, social and accessible.
