The Garden Party 2026

What's a garden party? For us, it's simple: summer, outside, in our quad. Live music drifting across the lawn, cold wine in hand, good food shared with good people.

Tickets

• Adult, R100: entry, plus a glass to keep, filled with wine.
• Kids (under 12), R100: entry, plus a frog-fishing rod and a bindle filled with snacks. Includes face painting, jumping castle and frog fishing.
• Teenager (12 to 17), free: entry on us. Please book a ticket so we can plan for seating and food.
• Picnic Boxes: R620 per box (enough for 2-4 people, see below for box contents)

Activities

• Flower crown workshop with Febe's Florals (R450 per person): make your own in a mini-maker’s workshop, including a glass of bubbly. Book and pay now, and we’ll be in touch closer to the day to confirm your time slot.
• Kids: craft table, face painting, cookie decorating, jumping castle and frog fishing in the ponds.

Food (pay on the day, or pre-order a picnic box)

• Sando bar: 12-hour pulled roast lamb shoulder with whipped white bean, salsa and yoghurt dressing; pulled aubergine with tomato smoortjie, broken burrata and rocket; sweet mustard-glazed fire-cooked pork belly with crispy pickled slaw and mayo; triple-cooked chips.
• All-day breakfast bar: TKD breakfast bun with scrambled egg, bacon and tomato smoortjie; toasted bun with crispy hashbrown, cheesy scrambled egg and aioli.
• Braai stands with chicken sosaties, beef fillet sosaties, halloumi and mushroom skewers, prego rolls and more
• Big Pan Paella (always a hit!) and oysters (of course!)
• Kiddies’ menu: toasted cheese jaffle with chips, free-range chicken nuggets, chips with tomato sauce.
• Soft-serve ice cream bar: kiddies’ cone with sprinkles, plain, or with a flake.
• Picnic box (serves 2 to 4, pre-booking essential): smoked trout paté, pinchos skewer, pork rillette, local charcuterie, four local cheeses, chutney, mini mosbolletjie loaf, lavash, crackers and cultured butter.
