The name above is just a suggestion. You couldkeep your dad's existing identity and introduce thisas a new publishing initiative under his work.
The concept has three pillars:
01. Make stories accessible
Create concise, engaging books that bringpeople's experiences and wisdom to readerswho may not naturally gravitate towardstraditional books.
02. Preserve Black legacies
Document the stories of people whosejourneys, decisions and contributionsdeserve to be remembered in their ownwords and through their lived experiences.
03. Turn knowledge into action
Connect generations, industries andcommunities through dialogue, literature andshared ideas.
This is where your leadership academy and IronSharpens Iron become valuable parts of the biggerpicture. Your academy develops people to lead; yourdialogues connect people who can influencechange; and the books preserve the lessons andexperiences that others can learn from.
