As we move and groove to music of all genres, our objectibve is to releive stress, connect with each other, and have a bit of fun to the sunrise.

A celebration of movement, music, and the people who make this town what it is.

Different backgrounds, same rhythm. Come dressed to express, ready to throw it down.

It's a celebration of our bodies as vessels and the simple JOY of being alive. Come ready to connect, move, breathe, and plunge into some groovy tunes. This guided session is suitable for all levels, but if you're not up for getting wet, this one might not be for you. Bring a bathing suit and a willingness to feel alive!

New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

DRESS CODE: Dress up is always encouraged. Something comfortable to move in. Think bright colours. Don't be scared to go big.
