Experience the natural beauty of the Greater Simonsberg Conservancy during Garden Town 2026 with a special Trail & Tasting experience at Delheim. Choose between a self-guided 2.5 km or 5 km nature trail on the slopes of the majestic Simonsberg Mountain, followed by a premium tasting of five Delheim wines.

Delheim Wines has a legacy deeply rooted in nature, spanning more than seven decades. The 375-hectare family-owned estate actively conserves extensive areas of pristine mountain fynbos, including the rare Boland Granite Fynbos, as well as a yellowwood forest and more than 120 indigenous plant species.

This commitment to conservation helps protect an abundance of wildlife, including 50 bird species, caracal, Cape fox, and Cape leopard. Delheim’s sustainable practices focus on regenerative, nature-friendly viticulture, integrated environmental management, water and energy efficiency, biodiversity conservation, employee welfare, and engagement with the local community.
