A Philharmonia Christmas 2026

A Philharmonia Christmas with Richard Cock

This December, join one of Cape Town's oldest and best-loved choral groups, The Philharmonia Choir of Cape Town for our Christmas concerts, featuring the wonderful Cape Town Children's Choir. As the summer evening settles over Cape Town, we return to the heart of the city with a fresh celebration of festive music—an unforgettable night infused with cultural richness, stirring melodies, and seasonal sparkle!

The Philharmonia Choir of Cape Town and the Cape Town Children’s Choir, accompanied by the Philharmonia Brass Ensemble and led by acclaimed conductor Richard Cock, will delight audiences with a spirited programme of beloved carols and contemporary gems that honour holiday traditions with a distinctly South African flair.

Join in the beauty of the season as we invite you to sing along with us on some of your most beloved carols, creating a harmonious celebration that unites us all.
