More on the Show:
Some songs never quite settle into the past. They surface when you least expect them, pulling you back to something true. "Teach Your Children." "Southern Cross." "Our House." "Ohio." A generation's conscience, set to three-part harmony.
The CSNY Experience returns to The Alma Café with Jono Tait, Nick Catto and Matt Catto, three voices built on feeling rather than showmanship.
Jono Tait is a guitarist, songwriter and the heartbeat behind The Alma Café itself, his playing shaped by classical training, jazz, choral singing and a life that has weathered real darkness with honesty. Nick and Matt Catto are brothers who grew up inside the Blundell musical folk dynasty, where harmony was absorbed at the kitchen table and at barn dances long before it was ever taught. Nick anchors the sound on bass and vocals; Matt holds the rhythm and finds the harmony line instinctively. Together, their voices lock in a way that decades of shared history make possible.
From a kitchen in Laurel Canyon in 1968 to half a million people at Woodstock, through protest, heartbreak and stubborn hope, the CSNY Experience carries that arc into every show: harmonies built from the ground up, stories told plainly.
Come be part of the harmony. Come rediscover why these songs, written for peace, protest and the plain right to be yourself, still feel necessary today.
"Rejoice, rejoice, we have no choice, but to carry on."
