CEOxYOUth Connect - BEYOND THE DEGREE

Theme: BEYOND THE DEGREE: The Skills, Mindset & Resilience That Shape Careers

In celebration of Africa Youth Month, All4Youth Sub-Saharan Africa will host CEOxYouth Connect 2026, bringing together university undergraduate students from South Africa and across other African countries with CEOs, senior business leaders, industry professionals and ecosystem partners.

Building on the previous CEOxYouth Connect format, the event is designed to move young people from inspiration to practical action beginning with direct access to senior decision-makers and progressing into practical masterclasses, entrepreneurship exposure and networking opportunities.

Beyond the Degree will therefore explore the connection between career readiness and mental wellbeing, asking how young people can develop the skills, confidence, resilience and support systems required not only to access opportunities, but to build healthy and sustainable careers.

For 2026, we would like to strengthen the Pan-African dimension of the event, with young people from South Africa and other African countries participating virtually alongside the in-person audience.

Disclaimer: This event is strictly for youth between the age of 16 and 35. Attendance will only be permitted with a valid ticket. As space is limited, we encourage early registration to secure your spot.
