A flagship Youth Month convening that brings together alliance partners, industry leaders, and young people for an honest, solutions-oriented engagement on youth unemployment in South Africa. Designed as a structured, half-day workshop, focused on practical,
work-based pathways, including job shadowing, apprenticeships, learnerships, internships, and graduate programmes, and how these can be strengthened and expanded to improve access to the labour market.
This platform promotes youth ownership and active participation to take an active role in their career journeys by maximising entry-level opportunities,
volunteering their time to gain experience and exposure, and building key skills, while engaging with industry professionals to support their development.
