Women Holding Things: Heritage Day

After our event sold out in August, we decided to continue hosting Women Holding Things and creating a space for reflection, using creative practise to explore our emotions and connecting with other women.

We invite you to put down the many things you are holding and to pick up a paintbrush or pencil or beads or clay or whatever tool for creative expression resonates with you on the day. We will supply everything you need so you do not have to worry about having to hold and carry more than you already do.

Our theme is inspired by this beautiful piece by Maira Kalman:
