SAPRA Halloween Walkabout 2026

SAPRA Halloween Walkabout 2026

Join the Saxonwold and Parkwood Residents' Association for our annual Halloween Walkabout on Saturday, 31 October, an evening of trick-or-treating through the leafy streets of Saxonwold and Parkwood.

What's on

Follow our official route of neighbourhood treat stops, then enjoy trains, a jumping castle, face painting, a photobooth, roaming entertainers and plenty more surprises along the way. Costumes are strongly encouraged, for kids and grown-ups alike.

Personalised Halloween buckets

Make the night extra special with a treat bucket personalised with your child's name, available for R80. Orders close on Tuesday, 27 October.

Safe streets, all evening

Your family's safety comes first. The route has full road closures supported by JMPD, an ambulance on site, marshals throughout, CAP guards, and increased CAP patrols across the area.

For a good cause

All profits go directly to the upliftment of Fearnhead Park, our community's neighbourhood green space. This year SAPRA has already brought in a regular gardening service, repaired the play equipment and treated the fencing. Your ticket helps us keep that momentum going.
