Nucleus LINK Roaster Demonstration
Join Cape Coffee Beans at the African School of Coffee for a live demonstration of the Nucleus LINK sample roaster.
The LINK is designed for precise, repeatable small-batch roasting, giving you the ability to explore coffees, develop roast profiles and evaluate samples with a high level of control. During the session, we’ll demonstrate how the LINK works and take you through the roasting process from green coffee to finished sample. We'll focus particularly on profile selection, one of the key features of the LINK which allows you to find the full potential of a green coffee with minimal waste and time.
We'll also answer your questions about the Link and be ready to discuss how it's helpful for professional roasters, home hobbyists, and even coffee competitors.

After the demonstration, stick around for a free cupping of Chinese specialty coffees, hosted by Cape Coffee Beans × TriBeCa × Zuka Green starting at 10:30. The cupping is open to everyone.
