Join us for our ninth BizNews Community hike as we take on The Sphinx at Monk's Cowl, nestled in the heart of the Central Drakensberg. This 4.8 km round-trip trail offers a moderately challenging outing, taking roughly 2 to 3 hours to complete with a 312 m elevation gain along the way.
Expect sweeping mountain views, fresh Berg air, and great company as we make our way up and back. Whether you're a regular on the trails or looking to push yourself a little further, this hike strikes a nice balance between effort and reward.
Bring comfortable hiking shoes, plenty of water, sun protection, and a light layer for changeable mountain weather. As always, it's a great chance to disconnect, get moving, and connect with fellow members of the BizNews Community.
