As we stroll along the shoreline, you'll be guided through gentle movement, intentional breathwork, quiet reflection and a deeply relaxing guided meditation overlooking the ocean. Breathe deeply, clear your mind and begin the year feeling balanced, energised and inspired.

Arrival: 7:30 AM (30 minutes before the experience begins)

Experience Begins: 8:00 AM

Suitable for participants aged 16 years and older.

Terms & Conditions

* Tickets are non-refundable.

* If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please notify Silent Music before the event.

* Please arrive 30 minutes before the event starts for check-in and headphone allocation.

* The event will proceed in most weather conditions. Should severe weather make the experience unsafe, attendees will be notified.

* Participation is at your own risk.

* Photographs and video footage may be taken during the event for Silent Music marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please let our team know before the event begins.
