"A good stroll (about 5000 steps) intermingled with various spots to slow down and connect to nature. I particularly loved the last 2 sections to meditate after the walk through the forest. Soretha was very sweet and chose some lovely music to accompany the experience. "

"I really thought it was amazing. Personal while still being informative and beneficial on so many levels. All of you are amazing and I would certainly join at another event that you organised. Everything was well planned and you could see that you had put so much thought into the event. I rate this event 10/10 Thank you Soretha, Celeste, Sophia and Melanie for this incredible Experience. Venue was great but breakfast was cold unfortunatly. But that is the only thing that comes to mind. Really not too serious but thought it might be worth a mention. "
