Join Silent Music for a peaceful 2-hour guided wellness experience where music, movement and mindfulness come together beside the ocean.

Through our carefully curated Organic House sound journey, mindful movement, breathwork and guided meditation, you'll slow down, breathe deeply and simply be present. Feel the fresh ocean air, reconnect with yourself and embrace the simple joy of being fully present in the moment.

* A light jacket or jersey (recommended on cooler mornings) & towel

This experience is suitable for participants 16 years and older.

Terms & Conditions

* Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please notify Silent Music before the event so we can update our attendee list.

* Participants are requested to arrive 30 minutes before the event starts to allow sufficient time for check-in, headphone allocation and a prompt departure at 8:00 AM.

* This experience is suitable for participants 16 years and older.

* The event will proceed in most weather conditions. Should severe weather make the experience unsafe, attendees will be notified of any changes.

* Participants take part at their own risk. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending if you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in light physical activity.
