On Love - Love is one of the most universal human experiences, yet one of the most difficult to define. Is it an emotion that happens to us, a conscious choice we make, or something we learn through care, responsibility, vulnerability, and time? In this Nadwa conversation, guided by Dr Maponya and Dr Shabangu we'll explore love through philosophy, and our own lived experiences. We will grapple with the idea of whether we overcomplicate love as humans and ask why love can feel so effortless and yet so difficult, why expressing it is often harder than feeling it, how our families and cultures shape the way we love, and what is love beyond romance. Rather than searching for definitive answers, this evening invites us to sit with uncertainty, challenge our assumptions, and explore one of the most enduring questions of what it means to be human.
