This Week's Topic: "Memoir Writing: Turning Memory into Meaning"
Every life contains a story that only one person can tell.
In this Tuesday Session, we'll explore the art of memoir writing by uncovering the narrative hidden within our lived experience. Through a guided writing exercise, you'll begin identifying the defining moments, themes, and turning points that could shape the foundation of your memoir.
We'll also briefly introduce Carl Jung's concept of a personal myth—the underlying story that gives our lives coherence and meaning—and consider how writing can help us discover the story only we can tell.
Join us Online via Zoom. The link will be sent after booking.
