Terms & Conditions

• Please arrive by 7:30 AM. The experience starts promptly at 8:00 AM. Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the group has departed.
• A minimum of 20 participants is required for the event to proceed. If the minimum is not reached, the event may be postponed to the next scheduled Soulful Stroll. Booked participants will be notified and tickets automatically transferred.
• Maximum capacity: 50 participants.
• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person via Quicket before the event. Please contact [email protected] with any ticket queries.
• This experience is weather permitting. If conditions are deemed unsafe, the event will be postponed and tickets transferred to the next scheduled Soulful Stroll.
• Participation is at your own risk.
• This is an adult-focused wellness experience suitable for ages 16 and older.
• Headsets remain the property of Silent Music and must be returned after the experience. Charges may apply for lost or damaged equipment.
• By attending, you consent to photography and video footage being used for future marketing purposes unless you notify the organiser before the event.
