Five farms. Five courses. One guided evening. And a wine no one has tasted yet.

Eleven Wine Bar and Whiskey Creek Wines invite you to the opening night of the Winter Wine Series, a food-and-wine pairing experience built entirely from the wines of the Plett Wine Route, matched to Eleven's kitchen.

Plettenberg Bay is home to South Africa's most north-eastern certified Wine of Origin region. Nine farms across The Crags and surrounds produce award-winning Cap Classiques, Chenin Blancs, Pinotage, Pinot Noir, and more, all shaped by the unique microclimates of one extraordinary bay.

Plett Palates brings five of these farms to one table. Each course is paired with a different wine from a different Plett estate, guided by the stories behind the vineyards and the people who make them.

The evening includes an exclusive first taste of an unreleased blend from Whiskey Creek Wines, a wine that has never been poured publicly. Limited to 2,000 numbered bottles, this is your chance to taste it before anyone else.

Whiskey Creek Wines is a family-owned wine farm in The Crags, 20 minutes from Plettenberg Bay. The Wilson family were the first to commercially produce Pinotage and Pinotage Rose in Plettenberg Bay, the first to produce Chenin Blanc in the region, and the first to release a Chenin Blanc Cap Classique in the Garden Route.

Eleven Wine Bar is the only venue in Plettenberg Bay pouring exclusively local Wine of Origin wines.
