Secret Sunrise is bringing 7 cities around the world together, honour the great Nelson Mandela.

For our 67 minutes of Joy, we will gather at Imhoff's Gift, and trekking to the corner of Noordhoek Beach, collecting as much trash as we can, and leaving the beach in it's natural beautiful state.

Come dressed in your African print, or your favourite South African inspired getup, comfy hiking shoes and let's JIVE together to the beach for Madiba.

The round trip will be around 5km in total. Expect very little elevation on the walk, but there will be uneven terrain and sandy trail. You don't have to be an olympian, however it may require a small degree of walking fitness.

New to Secret Sunrise? You’re in for something magical. We’ll kit you out with wireless headphones and guide you through an unforgettable blend of movement, connection, and meditation. All ages, all bodies, all backgrounds. Everyone is welcome!

This session will be unique, in that our facilitators will guide us in music, all the way to the beach. Together, we'll make our mark, and return with the headphones inspiring and energising us along the way.

TIME: 8:00 am - 10:00am (Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to receive your headsets)
