Following the success of South Africa's inaugural Origami Cup, we're excited to continue the conversation with an afternoon dedicated to the brewer that started it all.
Join South Africa's inaugural Origami Cup Champion, André Blignaut, as he shares his approach to brewing with the Origami Dripper.
Whether you're just getting started with pour-over coffee or looking to refine your technique, this workshop will help you get more from one of the most versatile brewers available.
The workshop will cover the Origami Dripper, how its design influences extraction, and the key variables that shape your brew. You'll learn how to approach recipe development, compare different filter options, taste André's national winning brew, and watch him prepare the recipe before an open Q&A.
All profits will go towards sending André to the World Origami Cup in Japan! As always, there will be plenty of coffee available throughout the session.
