Youth in Supply Chain 2026

This is South Africa’s largest gathering of young professionals within the supply chain ecosystem.

In an industry that powers economies, trade, infrastructure and movement, young professionals are often underrepresented in leadership spaces despite being the future drivers of innovation. Youth in Supply Chain seeks to bridge this gap by creating meaningful opportunities for visibility, leadership development and industry connection. Youth in Supply Chain is a purpose-driven platform established to connect, empower and develop the future of professionals within Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Transport, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Operations across South Africa and the African continent.

The event aims to create a high-impact environment where emerging leaders, graduates, young executives, entrepreneurs, recruiters and industry stakeholders can engage in authentic conversations, strategic networking and future-focused collaboration.
