Youth in Supply Chain 2026

Youth in Supply Chain is a purpose-driven platform established to connect, empower and develop the next generation of professionals within Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Transport, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Operations across South Africa and the African continent.

The platform is being developed as South Africa’s largest gathering of young professionals under the age of 35 within the supply chain ecosystem. The event aims to create a high-impact environment where emerging leaders, graduates, young executives, entrepreneurs, recruiters and industry stakeholders can engage in authentic conversations, strategic networking and future-focused collaboration.

In an industry that powers economies, trade, infrastructure and movement, young professionals are often underrepresented in leadership spaces despite being the future drivers of innovation and operational excellence. Youth in Supply Chain seeks to bridge this gap by creating meaningful opportunities for visibility, leadership development and industry connection.

The event will be held annually with the first launching in October of 2026, it is designed to move beyond the traditional conference format by introducing interactive networking experiences, executive discussions, innovation-focused conversations and ecosystem partnerships that create real value for attendees and collaborating organisations.
