ORACLE:AN EVENT BY YOUTH IN SUPPLY CHAIN

Join us at the official Launch of South Africa's first all-inclusive independent industry Toll-Free Line for Mental Health in Supply Chain & Logistics professionals.

The main purpose of the event is to launch South Africa's first independent industry Toll-Free Line aimed at addressing mental health issues of thousands of professionals in the Supply Chain and Logistics workforce.

For too long the industry has glorified toughness. People work through burnouts, chasing deadlines and the uncontrollable speed of how things move in the industry — from the routes of a long-haul truck to the warehouse floor, from the port to the boardroom. The launching of this toll-free line therefore acts as a pivotal intervention. It enables individuals in the industry to have a line they can call to manage exhaustion, irritability, work stress, financial stress or any other matter that people face either in or outside the parameters of a work environment — with the aim of assisting individuals to show up better at work and in their personal lives.

Why This Event Matters:

This is a non-profit initiative by Youth in Supply Chain. 100% of ticket donations will be used to run the programme — to keep the line free and available to South Africans working within the Supply Chain ecosystem.

1. Witnessing the live activation of the Oracle 0800 Toll-Free-Line.

3. Supply Chain Leadership panel discussions.
4. Networking with fellow industry leaders.

Supply Chain and Logistics professionals and leaders (Not limited to Fleet owners, transport coordinators, freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, warehouse operators, ocean freight operators, Supply Chain Excellence and Continuous Improvement Operators, Truck Drivers, International Trade workforce as well as Industry bodies)
