Step into Day 4 of the Kenton Wellness Festival 2026 as we explore the theme of Nervous System & Self Regulation — a grounding and restorative day focused on inner safety, resilience and supporting wellbeing in an often overstimulated world.
Your Day 4 Festival Pass includes access to one of our nourishing early morning movement sessions from 07:00 – 08:00, with a choice of:
• Somatic Yoga: Regulating Your Nervous System & Cultivating Inner Safety with Cindy Rainbow
• Pelvic Awareness Flow with Christelle Smit-Connacher
• Dynamic Movement Meditation with Claire McNulty
The morning programme offers a thoughtful blend of conversations, insights and practical wellness approaches designed to support emotional balance, personal growth and self-awareness.
Topics include:
• Why “nice people” burn out and the importance of healthy boundaries
• Creative alchemy and personal transformation
• Wholefood supplementation and everyday wellness
• Dream work and self-discovery
• A panel discussion exploring women’s bodies across the lifespan
Held in the relaxed coastal atmosphere of the Barefoot Capital, Day 4 creates space to slow down, reconnect and explore supportive tools for navigating modern life with greater awareness and regulation.
