ABOUT

Our Nurture & Build Club is a fun-filled, hands-on program where children learn amazing life- and emotional skills through the magic of LEGO® Building.

Monday 29 June - Thursday 2 July 2026: 4 Sessions

Two small groups of 8 kids/per day.

09:00 - 12:00 (Kids aged 9 - 10)

14:00 - 17:00 (Kids aged 11 - 12)

R625 per child for the four day program.

(We require children to attend all four days of this mental health program. This ensures your child receives the full support needed to process their learning and feel emotionally secure if any challenging feelings or experiences arise during the program.)

Through the engaging and creative medium of LEGO building, children explore important life themes such as self-image, emotional awareness, stress management, overcoming challenges, self-confidence, problem-solving and healthy relationships skills (like conflict management and emotional boundaries) in a safe, supportive environment. Each session combines hands-on building activities with guided conversations and playful challenges.

In this way, every build becomes an opportunity to grow.

Since 2020, Trauma Help has been a trusted provider of mental health support and is deeply committed to proactively building mental health resilience within individuals, families and communities across South Africa.

The Nurture and Build Club forms part of that commitment — creating a safe, welcoming space where children can develop the emotional tools they need long before life’s challenges arise.
