Short bio:
Sue spent many years working in busy restaurants in Cape Town. And then moved into product development and buying for a national and later international franchise business.
After Covid made working in restaurants very difficult, Sue decided to move home to the Eastern Cape. After a years break she decided to start The Kitchen Elf.
