This two-hour workshop introduces the art of dream incubation—an intentional practice of engaging with your inner dream-maker to gain clarity, insight, and guidance on living in your waking life. Together, we will explore how to craft a meaningful question, prepare the mind and body for sleep, and work with associations to access the symbolic language unique to your own dreaming context.

Bio:

Dominique’s relationship with dreaming began in childhood. A vivid lucid dreamer, she found early on that dreams could be spaces of terror, power and play – and that the lines between these were often blurred.

For the past two decades, Dominique has cultivated a dream practice inspired by Tibetan dream yoga and Jungian approaches—to bridge the inner and outer worlds to inform her decision making, spiritual and creative life.Trained as a social anthropologist, she brings cross-cultural sensitivity and a critical history approach to working with ancestral patterns, memory and dreams.
