A deep dive into how everything in our daily lives can affect the health of our lady parts and how it affects our emotional wellbeing and body shape.
What to bring: yourself and a bottle of wine if you wish.
Bio:
Having worked in the health world for over 20years now and dealing with my own trauma of sexual abuse (and a mom of a son who had the same) and being diagnosed with MS, my goal is to share and uplift woman (and men as they are not excluded) on how to look after ourselves no matter the challenges.
