Workshop info:
As the sun sets over the Kariega, join Nicola Byers (of nabLIFE) at The House Kitchen for a gentle evening yoga session and nourishing dinner.
The slow Hatha yoga flow helps you unwind and soften, opening space in the body and quieting the mind. The practice concludes with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that takes you into deep rest, where your nervous system can truly restore.
It’s a chance to pause after the energy of the festival — to let go and reconnect with yourself, held by the soft light and rhythm of the river.
Afterwards, stay to gather around the table for a vibrant, nourishing poke bowl, with both meat and vegetarian options available — a simple, delicious way to close the evening.
Open to all levels. A gentle way to begin the weekend feeling centred and replenished.
