Workshop info:
This practical “Toolkit for Life” workshop empowers parents and teens to understand emotions, regulate their nervous systems, and respond rather than react.
Led by a holistic wellness practitioner, business owner, and mom of two, I blend science-backed nervous system education with simple, powerful body-based tools.
Through interactive exercises and real-life strategies, you’ll learn how to reduce triggers, build resilience, and create daily habits for calm, connection, and emotional strength—so your body becomes your greatest guide, not your obstacle.
Roxanne Smith (Roxi) is a health and wellness practitioner, business owner, wife, and mother of two, passionate about helping people live stronger, pain-free, and more fulfilling lives. Her work is driven by a deep curiosity about how the body functions, the role of nutrition, and what allows people to move and feel their best.
Roxi take a holistic approach, looking at movement, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing to support sustainable change. Using techniques like the Lyno Method and Douglas Heel Activations (Be Activated), she focuses on releasing fascia restrictions to restore optimal movement, improve strength, and reduce pain.
Her goal is to help clients overcome limitations, enhance performance, and reconnect with their bodies so they can live with greater ease and vitality.
