Empower 450 Women Through Skills & Employment

The Africa Ithemba Network (TAIN) is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO 236-209) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO 930089044) based in Cape Town, South Africa. We are dedicated to empowering disadvantaged South African women and marginalized youth through vocational skills development, social support, and sustainable employment pathways.

Our upcoming programme aims to train over 450 beneficiaries annually in Hospitality, Healthcare Assistance, and Digital Administration. The model is designed to ensure direct employability through structured training, workplace readiness, and job placement support.

To expand our training capacity and increase our reach, we are seeking funding of R1,037,985. These funds will support the expansion of our training facility, strengthen programme delivery, provide learner support, and ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of outcomes.

TAIN has a proven track record, including an 82% programme completion rate and over 200 graduates successfully entering the workforce. With your support, we aim to significantly scale this impact and contribute meaningfully to reducing unemployment among disadvantaged women.
