Empower 450 Women Through Skills & Employment

TAIN is a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO 236-209) and Public Benefit Organization (PBO 930089044) based in Cape Town, South Africa. to empowering disadvantaged women and youth through practical skills training and employment opportunities.

Since 2019, we have helped hundreds of women gain the skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce and build sustainable livelihoods.

?? Our 2026–2027 Goal

We aim to train 450+ women annually in:

• Hospitality
• Healthcare Assistance
• Digital Administration

Our programmes go beyond training — we prepare participants for real jobs through workplace readiness and job placement support.

To expand our training capacity and increase our reach, we are seeking funding of R1,037,985. These funds will support the expansion of our training facility, strengthen programme delivery, provide learner support, and ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of outcomes.

TAIN has a proven track record, including an 82% programme completion rate and over 200 graduates successfully entering the workforce. With your support, we aim to significantly scale this impact and contribute meaningfully to reducing unemployment among disadvantaged women.
