On Thursday 14 May we're taking over with Studenteplein fora night of strength, conditioning, and pure Afrikaans energy. The playlist? Local legends, new school, hits you grew up onremixed, reworked, and built for you to train on.
This isn't background music. It's the whole vibe. Every beat is programmed to drive the session. Every drop is built to make the room move together.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Strength and conditioning curated through sound, heat, and movement. Y-bells. Ski ergs. Bands. Real load. Real structure. One continuous session scaled to your level, pushed by the room.
