One night. Three sessions. One room that doesn't speak English.
We're taking over with Studenteplein for a night of strength, conditioning, and pure Afrikaans energy. The playlist? Local legends, new school, hits you grew up on remixed, reworked, and built for you to train on.
This isn't background music. It's the whole vibe. Every beat is programmed to drive the session. Every drop is built to make the room move together.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Strength and conditioning curated through sound, heat, and movement. Y-bells. Ski ergs. Bands. Real load. Real structure. One continuous session — scaled to your level, pushed by the room.
All levels welcome. First-timers encouraged. Beginner or athlete — come as you are.
PICK YOUR SESSION
5pm — Straight from class or work. Get it in early.
6pm — Prime time. Highest energy.
WHAT TO BRING
Training kit. Water. Towel. A friend if you want — fly solo if you don't. You won't be alone for long.
AFTER THE SWEAT
Coffee. Community. Stay as long as you want at The Coffee Club.
