Immersion Session

This isn’t just about dancing.

It’s about feeling. An Immersion session is a guided journey through movement, breath, and connection…building towards a shared moment of letting go: in the water.

We start slow.

We build heat.

We move, breathe, and come back into the body.

And then… we plunge.

It’s not about being brave.

It’s about being present.

Cold water has a way of cutting through the noise.

It wakes you up. Resets your system. Reminds you you’re alive.

There’s a reason it works:

Movement shifts your state.

Breath grounds you.

Water brings you back to centre.

You don’t need to be “ready.”

You just need to arrive.

Bring a towel, something warm for after,

and a willingness to step slightly outside your comfort zone.
