Nelson Mandela Day - Kennel Building Day

When was the last time you built something as a family, a team, a group of friends?

Life moves quickly. Between school runs, work, errands and everything else that fills a week, families do not often get the opportunity to slow down and build something together – and there are few things as bonding as this!

This Mandela day, we are creating that opportunity for you – For a Purpose.

Join us for our Kennel Building Day where teams of families, friends, colleagues will build and paint pallet kennels for dogs who need warmth, shelter and dignity this winter and during the rainy months of summer.

For a township or shelter dog, a kennel means a dry place to sleep, protection from the cold and a small, safe space that belongs to them alone. What your team builds together will genuinely change a dog’s life.

Wood, paint and all materials will be provided, and there will be a Best Kennel competition with lovely prizes on the day.

This will be a really fun day of building, bonding and making a difference, while listening to good tunes and smelling that Mouth-watering aroma of Boerewors being prepared for you

Cost: R50 per person (includes a Boerewors roll – veg option available)
